・Female members must complete "Step 1: Identity Verification."
・Male members must complete "Step 1: Identity Verification" and register as a "Step 2: Paid Member."

・If the other person leaves Aishite, messages will no longer be displayed.
・If you or the other person block the other person, messages will no longer be displayed.
・If you hide the other person, messages will no longer be displayed.
・Messages and the other person will be hidden 30 days after the last exchange.

・After exchanging messages with the other party a certain number of times, you will be able to use the function to talk to the other party.
・The maximum call time is 15 minutes.
・To use this service, you will need to allow Aishite to use the microphone on your smartphone.

- Once a message or image has been sent, it cannot be deleted or cancelled. Please make sure to check it carefully before sending.

・Women can use the "Japanese translation function".
・When composing a message, you can enter Vietnamese or English, then translate it into Japanese before sending.
・Messages received from men can be translated from Japanese to Vietnamese for confirmation.

・"Hide" is a function that prevents the other person's profile and messages from being displayed. It can be used on both pre-matching and post-matching partners.
・The hide setting can be canceled (redisplayed) at any time by going to "Other" ↁE"Hidden User List".
・"Block" is a function that prevents mutual messages and prevents the profile from being displayed. It can be used on both pre-matching and post-matching partners.
・Please note that once you "block" someone, you cannot unblock them.

・We will introduce recommended partners based on your usage of Aishite. You can like "Today's Pickup" without consuming your like count.

- You can turn "Leave Footprints" on/off at any time by going to "More" ↁE"Settings" ↁE"Footprint Settings."

・If you do not receive a notification email from Aishite, first check to see if it has been classified as spam.
・Add the domain "@aishite.net" to your designated receiving list.
・Go to "Other" ↁE"Settings" ↁE"Notification Settings" and check that the correct email address is registered.

- You can turn the various notification settings, such as "Push notifications" and "Email notifications," on or off at any time by going to "Other" ↁE"Settings" ↁE"Notification settings."

・You can change to a new notification email address by going to "Other" ↁE"Settings" ↁE"Notification Settings" ↁE"Notification Email". After entering a new email address, the two-step authentication password will be sent to that email address, so enter it to complete the change.

・iPhone app: You can pay through in-app purchases with your Apple ID.
・Android app: You can pay through in-app purchases on Google Play.

・Aishite provides paid membership services on a subscription basis. When the usage period of each plan ends, the payment for the next usage period will be automatically made and the plan will be renewed for the same period.
・Paid members are offered one-month, three-month, and six-month plans depending on the membership period and payment frequency. The fee for the usage period set for each plan will be paid in one lump sum.
・The notation "1 month" in Aishite's paid membership plans refers to "30 days." The application date is the first day, and the plan will be automatically renewed on the 31st day (for the one-month plan), the 91st day (for the three-month plan), and the 181st day (for the six-month plan).
・Aishite does not allow cooling off in accordance with the terms of use.

・You will receive 30 "Likes" every month.
・You will be able to open messages you receive from your partner.
・You will be able to exchange unlimited messages with your matched partner.
・You will be able to have a "phone date" with the partner with whom you have exchanged a certain number of messages.

- Does it contain any information that could identify an individual (such as real name, address, phone number, work information, URL, email address, chat tool ID, etc.)
- Does it violate public order and morals (obscene material, material asserting a religion, ideology or creed, or other offensive material)
- Does it infringe on rights (material that is copyrighted by someone else, images of people other than the individual, such as celebrities)

・We cannot change your plan once you have registered. Please cancel your current plan and re-register with your desired plan.

・Aishi-Te's paid membership is a subscription-based service. To cancel, you must complete the cancellation procedure yourself.
・Apple ID payment: Apple ID payment is a service provided by Apple, so the procedure cannot be completed on Aishi-Te. Please refer to the Apple Help page below directly for cancellation procedures. In addition, even if you cancel your subscription with Apple ID payment, you will be able to use the paid service until the next renewal date, so you will not be changed to a free member until the next renewal date.

・Google Play payment: Google Play payment is a service provided by Google, so the procedure cannot be completed on Aishi-Te.
